Holi 2082 Celebration at Chandragiri Shikshalaya
Chandragiri Shikshalaya joyfully celebrated Holi on the 18th of Falgun with great excitement and enthusiasm. The school organized a small and colorful program where students, teachers, and staff came together to celebrate this beautiful festival of colors. Children enjoyed playing with safe colors, singing songs, dancing, and sharing happiness with their friends and teachers. The school environment was filled with laughter, smiles, and colorful moments as the kids participated in fun activities prepared for them.
During the celebration, teachers also explained the history and meaning of Holi to the students. Holi is one of the most popular festivals in Nepal and India, symbolizing the victory of good over evil. It is connected with the story of Prahlad and Holika, which teaches the value of truth, faith, and goodness. The festival also marks the arrival of spring, a season of new beginnings, joy, and positivity.
Celebrating festivals like Holi in school is very important for children’s learning and development. Such programs help children understand culture, traditions, and values from an early age. It also creates a joyful environment where students can interact, share, and build strong friendships. Participating in these activities helps improve children’s social skills, confidence, and creativity.
The Holi celebration at Chandragiri Shikshalaya was not only about playing with colors but also about spreading happiness, unity, and positive energy among the students. It gave children a chance to learn about the festival while enjoying a fun and memorable day at school. Through such celebrations, the school encourages students to appreciate culture, respect traditions, and enjoy learning beyond the classroom.
